5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game or market.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

In sports betting, bdg22's decision on market rules, event cancellations, or suspensions is considered final. No bets will be accepted after the betting market has closed.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or connection loss, the result will be determined based on the game provider's server logs. bdg22's decision on this matter is final.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited:

• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account or attempting to steal their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimise funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Coordinating with other members to control betting outcomes (match-fixing).
• Filing chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against the platform.

bdg22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without giving reasons, particularly if a violation of these Terms is identified.

8.1 Account Closure by Member

8.2 Forfeited Balance

If an account is closed due to fraudulent activity, all balances — both deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Objections to this decision may be raised through the support channel.
